FCCAMC Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership Fees:
    • Primary Member        $40.00
    • Additional Member     $20.00
    • Affiliate Member         $40.00
    • Associate Member     $40.00
    • Membership fees include automatic membership in Maryland State Family Child Care Association (MSFCCA)
  2. Additional Member discounted rates only apply to co-providers, additional adults, or large FCC teachers IF applying under the Primary Member’s application.
    • The Primary Member is the child care provider who is issued with the FCC registration/license
    • If the primary member is not applying for FCCAMC membership, then the co-provider, additional adult, or large FCC teacher may apply for membership as an ASSOCIATE Member and pay the full Associate Member rate.
  3. Membership Period: The membership period runs from January 1st to December 31st.
  4. Membership Restrictions:
    • Primary Member:
      • full voting member,
      • entitled to all membership benefits,
      • may hold an office on the FCCAMC Board of Directors
    • Additional Member:
      • full voting member,
      • entitled to all membership benefits,
      • may hold an office on the FCCAMC Board of Directors
    • Affiliate Member:
      • restricted to non-voting status
      • may not hold an office on the Board
      • entitled to all other membership benefits.
    • Associate Member:
      • restricted to non-voting status
      • may not hold an office on the Board
      • entitled to all other membership benefits.
  5. Checks returned as unpaid and/or non-sufficient funds will be charged a $50.00 fee
  6. No refunds will be issued in the event a license is revoked, suspended, voluntarily surrendered, etc., or under any other circumstances

By registering for the FCCAMC Membership, you have read and are agreeing to abide by the FCCAMC Membership Terms and Conditions as described here. A copy of this agreement is provided as an attachment that you are encouraged to print and save for your records. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DISCONTINUE YOUR REGISTRATION FOR FCCAMC MEMBERSHIP.
